Top Tips page added

I have finally started to fulfill my promise of tutorials and tips for painters on this site. As a start pont I have added the Top Tips page. Here I will list any good ideas I have had regarding painting and modelling miniatures. I always like to challenge the percieved wisdom and so may infuriate the purists but then results speak louder than words.
